Cancellation & Ticket Transfer Policy
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY PRIOR TO BOOKING. BECAUSE OUR BOUTIQUE HOME STUDIO INTENTIONALLY LIMITS CAPACITY TO JUST 8 SEATS PER EVENT, EVERY REGISTRATION MATTERS. BY PURCHASING A TICKET, YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS:
1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the highly customized, intimate nature of our immersive paint nights, all ticket sales are completely non-refundable. Once a seat is purchased, the studio instantly invests in your premium art supplies, custom theme menu ingredients, and personalized table staging. We do not offer cash refunds, chargebacks, or open-ended studio credits if you are unable to attend.
2. 100% Ticket Transferability (Send a Friend!)
While tickets are non-refundable, they are 100% transferable! If you find yourself unable to attend due to illness, unexpected scheduling conflicts, or emergencies, you are welcome to gift or sell your seat to a friend, family member, or neighbor.
• How to Transfer: To ensure a smooth check-in down the driveway, please email us at studio5two5@gmail.com at least 24 hours before the event.
• What to Include: Provide your original booking name, the name of the person taking your spot, their email address, and any specific food allergies they may have so we can update their personalized table placard and snack tray!
3. Late Arrivals and No-Shows
Our sensory doors open exactly 15 minutes prior to the event start time to allow for parking along our 140-foot driveway, mocktail pouring, and settling into your easel.
• The Rule: Out of respect for the instructor and the other 7 guests in the room, our instructional painting and custom soundtrack timing begin promptly at the scheduled time.
• The Result: Arriving more than 15 minutes late or failing to show up entirely will result in a forfeiture of your ticket without compensation or a makeup session.
4. Inclement Weather & Studio Cancellations
Living in Central Illinois means the weather can occasionally be unpredictable. In the rare event that extreme, dangerous weather conditions force the studio to cancel a session for safety:
• We will notify all 8 registered guests via email and text message at least 4 hours prior to the start time.
• All guests will instantly receive a full, 100% refund or a direct priority transfer ticket to the rescheduled date for that specific theme night.
